The Town Library is situated on the first floor at 96 Shenley Road offers a wide range of services for the whole community. Borrow books, DVDs, CDs and audiobooks. The library also has computers and study areas available to use. You can also attend events at the library including Baby Rhyme Time and Toddler tales.
The Town Library will be able to access for a Ready Read service only. From Monday 10th August, the Town Library will be available at the following days and times.

- Enter the building for a limited period of 15 minutes
- Select their own books and issue them on the self-service kiosks – please remember to bring your library card
- Use the photocopier
- Join the library
- Use a pre-booked computer for 1 hour essential use
- Make short enquires.

Elstree & Borehamwood Museum
An independent local history museum which opened its doors in 2000. Run entirely by volunteers the museum has acquired a large collection of items.
