As a Facilities Team Leader you will thrive in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities throughout the working day. You will need to be flexible, organised with the ability to work autonomously, exercise influence, and to work as part of a team with a ‘can do’ attitude.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a healthy customer focus, knowledge of delivering programmed activities, and have a good understanding of Health & Safety for the safe and smooth day-to-day running of a facility.
You will provide day to day support for all colleagues, to ensure the provision of a safe and appropriate working environment. Act as a key holder for responding to any issues arising. To assist the Operations Manager in general operations, maintenance, and including, co-ordinating shift rota, and work schedules for the team.
Extensive training will be provided in the role, qualifications to achieved within the first six months are, First Aid at Work, & Plant Operations, addional qualifications may be required as the position develops.
