Directly assisting and reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for driving all membership revenue and achieving monthly / yearly financial targets. Exceeding performance in terms of all membership sales through effective lead generation, promotions, marketing and customer care within the centre.
As this role develops, there could be the potential in the future of further responsibilities for different departments.
This key role will be the delivery of membership revenue targets across the business. The role will include additional responsibilities as required by the Contract Manager in line with your skills, experience and the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, highly motivated and be able to work seamlessly with other department Managers, ensuring high standards of service throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will also have knowledge and experience of the health & fitness/leisure environment. This post includes shifts and weekend working.
