Booking by Telephone & Online
Wyllyotts promoted shows/films advertised ticket prices are inclusive of a venue levy for January shows onwards. This is retained by the venue to sustain and develop our programme. Some Private hires are subject to a £1.50 booking fee per transaction.
If the answerphone is in operation the Box Office is either busy or closed, please leave a message and we will return your call.
Booking in Person
You may book in person at the Box Office and use either cash, credit card or cheque. We accept most major credit cards, except American Express and Diners. Cheques must be made payable to Hertsmere Leisure and be accompanied by a guarantee card.
Reservations
Tickets can be reserved, pending payment for three days only unless it is a group booking.
Conditions of Sale
We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase.
Babes in Arms
Babes in arms (children under the age of one) are not generally admitted into the theatre. Exceptions may be made for some children’s shows at our discretion. To comply with fire regulations a ticket must be bought for all children, however young.
